Reiki Healing Workshop

We will offer you a very intimate Reiki Healing experience. Welcome to our Studio!! We want you to feel cared & safe. We hope you feel home!!

About Reiki:

Reiki is a japanese technique for stress and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.  It works with the energy fields around the body and involves the transfer of universal energy from the practioner's palms to the client.

About the session:

The session starts with a guided meditation to anchor and ground our bodies.  We will bring in new energy and clear our energy field from stuck energy. After the guided meditation every one will stay in meditation while listen to calm and relaxing music and each individual of the group will receive the Reiki Energy through hand laying's.

Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time energy blocks can cause illness. Energy therapy aims to help the flow of energy and remove these energy blocks. Improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing and reduce other symptms of illness.  Reiki is a holistic treatment that treats the mind, body and spirit at the same time creating all these beneficial effects of relaxation, feeling peace, security and wellbeing.  Each experience is unique and special and you are welcome to share any thoughts afterwards.

Who will guide you?

Danhela Hendges is your guide in this journey. She is a knowledgeable and passionate transformational coach who wants to help and enpower all of us to find the answers we are serching for within us!! Dani works with different therapies and methods  that are neuro-science based and in her tool-box she will find the best way to help you.
