Pure Body Teacher Training - Open House

This year Pure Body Teacher Training will be hosted at BeyondPhysio in Nacka, Sweden. Starting this spring we will be offering a comprehensive certification program in Pilates on all apparatus for all levels beginner to advanced. This program is like no other in the region and possibly the world. Pure Body Teacher Training graduates are sought after as employees and contractors due to their extensive knowledge of working with clients of all levels and abilities.

The PBTT program is unique in that we have 158 face-to-face course hours and include free auditing of all modules for life with any faculty anywhere in the world. This means that you can continue learning for life for free with different teacher trainers! This is very important as most comprehensive programs offer limited face-to-face comprehensive course hours and charge you yearly for continuing education requirements or for training special populations. We teach you to work with clients of all abilities and make sure that you know how to work with special populations from the very beginning.

This unique 9-module course helps teachers learn to teach clients of any level in a group or private setting. While the program is classical we have included modern science and education on body mechanics and common pathologies, as well as training on both classical and contemporary apparatus to help our students work anywhere in the world.

Students of PBTT are welcomed into a community of students, graduates, and faculty from all over the world with our own private network where we give access to the leaders in our field and guidance and support throughout their careers. Our online community member space is where many of our students connect for more learning and fellowship with other professionals.

Saturday, February 4th, att 11:30, Pure Body Teacher Training and Beyond Physio will host an Open House with a complimentary mat class and discussion about the upcoming Pilates Teacher Training Education program starting at BeyondPhysio in Nacka this March 2023. Anyone interested in learning about Pure Body Teacher Training Program or has ever thought about learning about the Pilates system at a deeper level should attend. Who is Jaime?

Jaime White is a third-generation Classical Pilates instructor with 20 years of teaching experience. Her clients have ranged from NFL athletes, triathletes, post-rehab, and Pilates apprentices and teachers.

She has been certifying instructors or teaching continuing education for over a decade in the United States. She owned and operated a thriving pilates and functional training studio for over 8 years before selling it to staff that has kept the vision alive and well.

She was originally certified in 2003 through Authentic Pilates and was a teacher trainer through USPA for several years before leaving to go back to NYC to immerse herself and work with Brooke Siler and many other great instructors. During her time in NYC, she was a go-to for inspiration and education from other teachers of diverse backgrounds. She held weekly workouts for teachers and gave guidance on working with special populations and athletes.

Jaime encourages students to embrace learning the science we now know exists in movement along with staying in the work of Pilates.  In early 2016, she completed her advanced teacher training with Kathi Ross Nash.  Jaime is a huge advocate of continued learning and education as well as critical thinking for both herself and her students.

Jaime is currently an acting co-founder of Pure Body Teacher Training for Pilates teacher education. The goal of PBTT is to create highly employable, passionate, ethical, and effective teachers to carry on the work and philosophy of Joseph Pilates' classical work combined with modern science. The program was started by Heather Erdmann out of her successful Pure Body Studio in Houston, TX and upon working with Jaime they started expanding nationally back in early 2018. Because of their shared vision and values on how teachers should be educated and supported.  PBTT is hosted in several cities in the United States and now also in Sweden.   Jaime currently teaches in Stockholm and operates PBTT Northern Europe and sometimes travels the globe teaching for independent workshops and seminars.
