Sessions We Offer
It's a one-o-one session, just you and the physiotherapist in a studio environment where you use all the Pilates or Gyrotonic equipments. Here it is possible to have re-assessment of how you are developing in your training routine in a daily basis. It is a very personalized option.
Still very individualized sessions in small groups of maximum 4 people who trains together in a studio environment in the pilates equipments.
Pilates classes on the mat from a solid basis progressing to deeper connections and challenges. You will share your class with other 5 people max.
Train safely during the three trimesters of you pregnancy with the help of a physiotherapist. You will be able to cope better with all the changes that happens in your body during pregnancy and also prepare yourself for delivery.
The Best Age
This is mainly for you who are 60 years old or above it and want to have a healthy lifestyle. We believe this time of our lives can be our Best Age if we have the right mindset and take action for that. The focus here is to enable your body to move freely and safely, improving strength and balance.
You can still keep your training routine even when you are on vacation, on a business trip or if you don't want to come to the studio. Book an online class via Zoom or Skype.
